How much time should I allow for the transfer?
The transfer from the parking lot to the airport takes approximately 2 minutes. However, we kindly ask you to arrive at the parking facility at least 30 minutes before check-in begins to allow sufficient time for parking and transferring your luggage. Child seats are available in the shuttle bus for your children. You are not required to use the shuttle service; the airport is only 800 meters away. Within a few minutes, you can also reach the “P4” SkyTrain station on foot, which will take you to the terminal (for a fee).

When will I be picked up from the airport on my return trip?
We track your flight’s arrival time online. However, it is necessary that you contact us by phone at +49 160 53 53 53 0 after you have received all of your luggage. Then please proceed to exit door 10 on the departures level, where our shuttle service will promptly pick you up and take you back to the parking lot.

What payment options are available?
You can conveniently book a parking space online from home. Please pay the parking fees directly on site upon arrival, either in cash or by EC card. If you park longer than booked, an additional payment will be required.

How secure is my vehicle?
The premises are monitored by video surveillance 24 hours a day, and the recordings are stored until your return.

What happens if my vehicle won’t start after I return?
We are happy to provide you with a jump start free of charge.

Will there be any additional costs?
No. The calculated price includes the parking fee and the transfer to the airport. All prices include 19% VAT.

Can I cancel my reservation?
Yes, free of charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled arrival at the parking lot.
